Rob comes across as very nice reader and answers fast. The problem is that he makes general statements and once you offer information, he switches his answer. He assumes a lot during the reading. For example, he assumed I wanted to hear back from the person I inquired about but when I explained that I don’t want to hear back and why, he switched his answer. He does this very fast and in a way that is difficult to notice while in the reading. So even though he is kind, all he provides are general statements.

I wasn't 100 % satisfied with this reading. Most of the things I don't understand and kind of went from one thing to another without me asking. Only per minute reading available which makes typing hard for me and you have to be so fast.
Advisor's response: English chat mode is her issue. A slower or phone read in her language would be practical
