Unfortunately the reader behaves like some clients she accuses of being defensive and unwilling to listen. I'm not a fan of the holier-than-thou attitude - it's one thing to not sugarcoat and be a tough teacher, but it's another to give shallow judgement and generic life advice for every situation. It would be one thing if she actually listened then gave tough advice, but she was too eager to point out my mistakes and how she was wiser. I hate to be rude, but I think she might want to reflect on that attitude and take some of her own advice. [Edit] I'm not angry :) If you have a bad review, maybe reflect on it instead of just blaming the client. (Her original feedback was that she hoped my misplaced anger won't hurt me more than it had to, I guess that wasn't so nice.)
