The reader was very unprofessional, she changed up the story based off of what was revealed to her by me. When I requested a refund she was very rude, and refused to do so. I was not rude to her, I politely asked for a refund. She didn’t even answer all 3 of my questions. So I will go through PayPal. I also have proof of this transcript. I have it screen recorded.
