I was going to leave a satisfactory review, but randomly she swore in the reading (which was pretty unprofessional) and it was pretty disconnected. I even repeatedly said thank you and I'm sorry that I felt disconnected but she got offended and said "well I named your friends" and then hung up immediately. She gave 2 initials. If I don't get a refund from bitwine (because I think I'm going to report this) that's fine as I used full time, but sorry, I think she confused me for someone else. If you read with her I hope your connection is better.
