Update-7/27/2015-Response to adviser: I'm sorry if you feel that I took advantage of your kindness, but I was sure to acknowledge your kindness in my first review. the Bitwine team shares some blame since they no longer allow clients to rate our experience past 2 weeks, making it impossible, in most cases, to rate/review based on prediction of outcomes...so I had to base my satisfaction on how I felt right after our session, and the truth is you didn't properly communicate with me after you ended the chat *abruptly*. But as you can see, I've even up changed my rating. You seemed connected, though nothing was really great news, except for one thing which I will work toward bringing forth a positive outcome in that situation. My last and most important question was never answered, but I do appreciate your time. The moral of the story is that there should be better communication adviser and client. Be blessed
