Seems to be well connected with the situation. Disappointed about my reading, i don't feel i was given enough information. after 2 minutes the chat was about payment. i would have preferred my ten minutes to be focused on the pet reading. i would have been more than happy to add more credit afterwards & discuss other payment rates.. overall i believe this lady is gifted. :)
