Will I ever meet someone that I will marry? I have been single for over 10 years now, and dating is getting worse and worse. Will I ever be able to meet the man I’m looking for? |

When someone asks me whether they will ever meet the person they can settle down with after a period of being single, I hear two questions instead of one. One is about the future. The other is about the fear that grows after years of disappointment. You touched on that when talking about how difficult dating is getting. After being single for ten years, I don’t imagine you’re only asking whether a man exists somewhere. You may also be wondering whether love is still possible for you, or whether this is truly how your life will always be. Those are big questions, and many people who struggle to find meaningful connections in today’s dating world eventually feel those same worries rise in the back of their minds. I can not ethically or honestly promise that marriage or the future is guaranteed. Life doesn’t give us that kind of certainty. But uncertainty doesn’t have to mean disappointment. In fact, it leaves room for possibilities that haven’t yet happened. I try not to mistake discouragement for destiny. After a few painful experiences, our minds treat the past as though it predicts the future. Disappointment can change what we expect long before it changes what’s actually possible. A good question to ask isn’t only “Will I meet my person?” but also “What kind of life am I building while I wait?” The healthiest relationships I’ve seen don’t simply come from finding the right person. They’re also built on becoming increasingly open to recognizing, receiving, and sustaining love when it arrives. They grow from being prepared for love when it comes, rather than simply waiting for it. Whether or not marriage is part of your future isn’t something I can answer with certainty. But I don’t believe your relationship status determines your worth, nor do I believe ten years of being single means you’re destined to spend the rest of your life alone. The fact that you’re still asking this question in this forum tells me that hope still lives in you, even if a part of you is tired. Instead of seeing these last ten years as evidence that love isn’t meant for you, I hope you see them as one chapter in a long story that is still being written. As humans, we rarely know exactly what the future holds, but we do have a say in the person we choose to become along the way. Sometimes that changes the kinds of relationships we’re able to create and helps the right opportunity come along. It’s not just about being around when love shows up, but about being ready for it. |

Hello dear, I’m so sorry that you’ve been struggling with such uncertainty for so very long. I know that it can feel hopeless, and a sense of “it hasn’t happened yet, so it’s likely to never happen” is lingering here like an unwanted pest. I am sensing that your love live is more stalled than permanently injured. And I suspect that a long-term Astrological transit is at play for you. I would be honored to observe your chart for the challenge at hand as well as give you practical, real-life advice that you can begin using today, in order to move you closer to that relationship and marriage that feels so far off and unattainable. Call me for a paid consultation with your Name, DOB, Time of Birth and Place of Birth (City/State/Province) for Astrology, or for no-tools psychic that can get just as deep, please do the same! Looking forward to helping you solve this long-standing problem and getting you resolve and a look into the future on love. <3> -Medusa |
