Psychic Lilly stole $9.12 from me. She wasn't connected at all, ended up guessing and completely got the genders wrong in my reading. I told her this, asked her to stop charging me and to refund me what had already been charged since clearly she wasn't correct, and she told me she didn't know how to do that. You would think a reader at Bitwine with over 300 reviews would know how to do that, but she claims otherwise. I've asked her repeatedly and gotten the same story (though she did once change it to say that PayPal claimed she didn't have the funds to refund). I contacted Bitwine and they didn't help either. Be careful with her.
Advisor's response: Very rude person made a honest mistake and he took it too far.
