Another career hit for log lady. Said my manager was testing my bandwidth to see what skills I had and she felt like I would be doing two different jobs at the same time before they settled me into a permanent role. My manager came to me during the week and said they have been watching me and seeing how I settled in and what skills I have and want me to do another job alongside my own as they feel I will have the time and can make a difference in the new team with my ideas and skills I have. So looks like she was right. I’m starting this new role alongside my current role in a few weeks time.
