The advice and outlook seemed very genuine but I felt that I have been doing something terribly wrong by asking for help. I hear 'i repeat' many times throughout the entire session and it made me more defensive rather than calm and accepting the advice. Sorry. It was not a pleasant experience for me. Sometimes how you deliver the message matters more than what you deliver here, but with compassion and sincerity. A lesson for you to learn as well.
