Hi I have been coming to serenity now on and off for two years she is always on point.. Accurate n caring she doesn't give false hope bcos I k ow from experience with her n while sometimes it's not wat I wanna hear its da truth bcos to be fair if she told everyone a fluffy fairy story den that wud give false hope... This reader charged me up front without even asking for my name and without asking what my questions were. She bypassed the 3 free minutes and spent our paid reading time to connect, after she gave me one line of information I knew she hadn't connected, when i challenged her she just hung up on me and blocked me. she did not offer me a refund, she just hung up. I paid you $10 for 2 questions - where is my reading??? You did not provide me with any service! I cannot dispute this with you directly because you blocked me. You give me no other option but to talk to the Bitwine support team directly. *In response to your comment* Please do not lie, you did not give 3 free minutes, you charged me up front, and after I paid you, it took you 3/4 minutes to respond to my question because you were using the paid time to connect, you never answered either of my questions because I challenged you at the beginning, you then just blocked me.
