She left the chat twice. One because it froze, the second time, Im not sure what happened. When I called back again I thought I would get my 25 minutes for the 10 minutes I paid the first time or atleast refunded and start again. I received neither. I feel a bit cheated because I paid 10 dollars for 25 minutes and didn't get what I paid for. I dont usually leave satisfactory reviews, but this is really dissapointing. She was really good in the past. This was a little disheartning. Im sorry Aries. Please don't do this with your other clients.
