She had NO IDEA what this situation was about AT ALL. I mean it was CLEAR from the start she was NEVER going to answer the only question I asked. She tried to change my question, insinuate why I asked the question I asked, all completely wrong. Cant believe I spent $35 on one question she literally could not answer at all! You know whats worse??? When we started, she was writing something and the $20 charge thing came up, so I cancelled it so I could ask for her "deal" of 35.99 and she hung up on me. I reopened the window and asked what happened and she said, "You cancelled the charge" - so she is so Psychic she couldnt see I was coming to ask for her deal??? and hung up on me before I could even type it??? She then pointed out I was paying $1 short because she forgot to put in .99 cents. wow! Id say she's more paranoid than a reader at all. She was literally so far from tuned in, I dont even know where to start. Just a WASTE.
Advisor's response: Bitwine suspended this clients account due to abuse of advisors. I've been victim of this.
