✌ Readings are for entertainment & advice purposes only. Outcomes & timeframes whether expressed or implied, have no guarantee. Clients are 100% in control of their own life choices & actions therefore my readings should never replace or override your own good judgement and common sense.

✌ I offer a professional, legally binding service wherein clients agree to pay a pre-determined fee for the Time & Energy I use to Channel & Deliver Empathic Counselling Insight during sessions. Paying for and entering into a chat session with me confirms you are in agreement with Empath Heather’s Terms of Service. A copy of our chat conversation is emailed to clients upon closing sessions, showing tangible written proof that my service was provided and received by my client.

✌ Bitwine and it’s advisers do not have access to client payment information. Clients must personally log in to their PayPal account (with a user ID and password only they know) and load funds themselves to actually start a session rendering it impossible for unauthorized payments to happen. Therefore, chargebacks due to the fraudulent claim of an unauthorized charge or from buyers remorse/irresponsible spending of personal funds will not be tolerated. If a chargeback is opened for any reason I will report you. Your account will be closed & you will be blocked indefinitely from using the Bitwine site. Your chat transcript, IP address & account details will be passed to Paypal & your Bank/Credit Card company proving you did in fact request & receive my service.
