Contact that was predicated didn't occur in timeframe stated. :( I tried to ask for a refund politely and she refused to talk just hung up. I've never left. Bad review before. Makes me sad

I'm sorry. This is the only negative review I've ever left on Bitwine. I just had a reading with Eve and it started good, she is sweet but very general. I wasn't quite sure if she was really connected until I tested her and asked about my boyfriend's brother and sister. She gave me insight on both of them. HOWEVER, my boyfriend is the only child. His 'siblings' don't exist. I don't want my money back,just want to warn others. Good thing this reading was on happy hour.
