Talking to Scarlett today helped me release this plug I had on my emotions surrounding some very big life changes. I had been remaining busy and somewhat distracted getting things together for this big move and knew I was bypassing a lot of emotion I felt I should be feeling but did not feel I had time for necessarily. Speaking with her and hearing the messages of what’s to come released all of those emotions like a floodgate and I felt immediate gratitude and just tears of joy surrounding the circumstances that brought me to where I am now.
