Meditation for spiritual well being
Spiritual well-being is the highest & the most basic need of a human. Within the hectic lifestyle of the current society we are filled with so much stress & anxiety. But we may not realize that until we breakdown without been able to cope with so much stress. Meditation teaches us to relax our mind & body, relieving stress of the normal day to day life. It improves our memory, our mental capacity & gives a overall feeling of well being. I’m a teacher as well as a dedicated student of Eastern Meditation techniques. My main area of expertise is meditation techniques taught in ancient scripts of Buddhism. I will share the meditation techniques suitable for a beginner & continue towards deeper techniques.
