Basically its advisors who get a high call volume, after you reach a certain amount of earnings on the site, you will be promoted to a top advisor for the next month. Basically just a way to let people know that it’s a popular advisor.

It means they met certain requirements for the month such as picking up certain number of calls and requirements the platform sets for them. They work hard that month to obtain a certain level of client satisfaction.
