Hi, I am just wondering why being blocked by several advisors suddenly during beginning of a session, even if I have just asked a question that I need help with? No explanation or anything just suddenly being kicked out and then blocked and no message either. So wrong in my opinion. Pretty much unfair and if it is because I have left a bad review before it is wrong. Advisors like everyone else, can sometimes be wrong but sometimes also accurate and the client should have the right to say their opinion without the advisor being neglecting it immediately. Just kindly asking, that some kind of a explanation could be given before being kicked out and blocked and maybe also give the chance to negotiating firdt. It feels really bad and cold when seeing the message “You have been blocked”. I would understand if the client would have been abusive or violating policies in a really bad way but this is not the case at all. Just a merely feedback as all! Happy New Year! |

You have left countless negative reviews all across the platform, thats totally your right to do so as a client here, its your opinion and you do have a right to share it. But it’s also going to grant you a negative rating among advisors. Advisors do not owe anyone a reading, they are permitted to take a chat or not. Because you have continuously shown so much negativity, advisors dont want to work with you because they find you dont really want a genuine reading but just want to be told what you want to hear. So thats typically what happens in these cases. Perhaps a new advisor would take a call, or someone that you haven’t negatively rated. Advisors are like everyone else and have the right to assert and maintain whatever boundaries they wish. :) Understand that advisors dont owe anyone anything unless a payment has been made, they can simply block and not explain why. :) Hope you have a happy and blessed new year! |

First, I agree with you on one thing: being cut off mid-reading or blocked without explanation isn’t professional, and I’m genuinely sorry that’s been your experience. That feels abrupt and unpleasant for anyone. That said, when someone is being blocked by multiple advisors across the platform, it’s usually not random. Readers do talk, and we also see patterns. If a client is known for consistently leaving poor or uncertain reviews even after a full, sincere reading, it naturally makes advisors hesitant to continue engaging. While your review of me wasn’t bad, it was uncertain. That kind of feedback, repeated over time with many readers, signals risk. From an advisor’s perspective, it creates an environment where no matter how much effort or integrity is put into the reading, the result may still be negative. That makes people cautious. So while it’s not ideal that this is happening the way it is, I gently suggest taking a moment to look at your role in the pattern as well. Advisors generally don’t block clients without a reason—especially not en masse. I say this not to criticize, but to be transparent. Sometimes awareness alone can change how future interactions unfold. Wishing you clarity and better experiences going forward. |

I understand you’re upset about being blocked and wish advisors would negotiate with you instead of ending the call. I want to offer some perspective. I’ve done a reading for you…and you left a review stating you were unhappy because my price was too expensive & you couldn’t afford a long & proper reading due to that. Yet at the same time…you stated I seemed to connect very well. So let me be straight up with you…. Pricing is shown and must be approved before a call even begins. Leaving the feedback you did after the fact puts the advisor (me) in an unfair position…especially when the concern is later expressed publicly rather than communicated directly. In the same way that you don’t want to be blocked without explanation, advisors don’t want to be criticized for prices that were clearly disclosed and voluntarily accepted. It works both ways. Had you spoken to me directly about your situation, I would have been open to helping you further…even without additional cost. That opportunity didn’t happen, and instead the issue was raised in a review, which naturally leads some advisors to disengage rather than continue the interaction. I’m not saying this to be unkind. I am just hoping to help you understand that iyour behavior left me with a feeling of confusion. Just like you want respect, we want respect too. Remember that we are real people, we are human beings just like you. We are not making the per minute price. Bitwine takes a large portion, PayPal takes a portion, and we have to pay taxes as well. There’s many advisors to choose from, who fit all budgets. Readings are luxury after all. And so you know, I haven’t blocked you.
