I feel that there is a spirit around me attempting to get my attention or communicate to me? I do not know, but I go into rooms and my lights will flicker , but work. Can anyone on here truly help me with what they want to communicate?

I hope you are well. Just my opinion on this as a life long paranormal investigator. You have to know that not all you want to communicate back with. You have to trust your own intuition if it feels right to communicate or if you feel scared and if you do you should ask the spirit to leave.

Spirits are energy so it might not actually be trying to communicate but can get involved and alter electricity.

I could not tell you what it wants from you but I can tell you that it’s better to leave the spirit world alone as sometimes things are not always as they seem. It can pretend to be a loved one, or friendly so you just want to be careful here, do not sage as it invokes and when not properly done it can upset spirit.

It could be as simple as a loved one trying to say hello that passed, or as serious as demonic activity.

Most are not trying to communicate but just passing through.
