What are some ways to get someone who you know longer are dating from your mind?? It’s like he’s pulling on my energy & it’s annoying when I’m trying to grow & push further:(

Open a red chili in half without removing the piece. Open it with a gillette or something sharp. Then you can put a piece of paper with your name and date of birth in red. Then you are going to cook the chili with a red thread. Put it in. a jar and you leave it underground

find a good book to read, take a vacation, learn a new hobby.

you actually might be growing. your subcon releases in dreamstate. im not sure what or how they are on your mind. also energetic shielding would help to keep anyone from pulling. i agree fin something you are passionate about to keep your mind busy

Ignoring it wont help – its there because your psyche is reminding you theres unresolved karma there. Resolve the lesson, and resolve the tie. Write down a list of the things that hurt and a list of the things that you miss. You can check off each one when you release that emotion, and see you can regain these things with or without them.. if there is energy residing like a piece of your energy still lingering it helps to call all your energy back with authority.

I feel it’s going to be for some time still because you overthink and can hyper focus on things it can be a setback. You need to release all that is on your mind and restart fresh.

Remember that your thought process is a program that you are used to running in your background. It’s very possible to reprogram yourself to a healthier thought process, but you have to dig into your own subconscious patterns.

feel the feelings and acknowledge them. Cry if you need to, do what it takes but then focus on your own mental wellbeing and remember that no matter what, this too will pass. Meditating with the right healing frequency (free on YT) also helps. Avoid readings as this can cause even more confusion, especially if someone tells you they will reach out etc. Focus on YOU.
