What does it mean if a Reader is a Top Advisor? I see some with the yellow ribbon by their photo. Thank You

I am asking the question.

Hi Pik,

It means they met certain requirements for the month such as picking up certain number of calls and requirements the platform sets for them. They work hard that month to obtain a certain level of client satisfaction.

I hope this helped you, it means they are more likely to pick up the call from a client.
