I have over a decade of Advisor experience helping people navigate relational and spiritual concerns. I listen carefully with care and compassion. With intuition and skill, I offer insight, clarity and support without judgement. Together, we use energy and information to help you identify and deal with struggles, stress, hurts, and confusion. I am also a practitioner and facilitator of guided meditation for many years. I teach individuals how to cultivate a reduction in emotional stress and physical pain. The cumulative effects of this practice have been backed up by science and are used in stress reduction clinics. You will be able to share your concerns, gain insight, tackle obstacles and find solutions. I am honest, respectful, compassionate and direct. This work is my passion!
