ok my ex (im 23 and hes 22) and i dated for 1 year and 6 months. Everything was great, we both were crazy for eachother. He seemed soo attached to me and no matter how bad of a fight we got into, we always worked it out immediately. I felt so loved by him.

He dumped me in june. What happened was his friend told me that he went clubbing behind my back and never told me. I confronted him and he lashed out and didnt speak to me for 3 days.

Then he wanted to see me and he told me that he lied about alot of things. Then he said he lost feelings and doesnt want to be in a relationship. Even though he said this, he was sad about it and BEGGED me to stay in his life and when i told him idk if i wanna be friends then he started crying a little.

anyways a dated a new guy about a few weeks after, but that only lasted a month. My ex after a month contacted me and he seemed genuinely happy to hear from me. He was texting me ALL day and said that we should hang out eventually and he misses the good times. But i didnt hear from him again untill a week later, i text him happy birthday and he started talking to me. I told him he should go out and do something fun and he said “i would but nobody has time for me hehehe”..

now this was late august, i havent heard from him since. Why is he messing with my head? he said he wanted to hang out then nothing happened!!! does he even miss me?? why is he doing this? i really need help cuz i didnt get closure and i cant stop thinking about him, its killing me..

im just saying, he didnt take the break up well either. He was crying a lil saying he wants me to stay in his life and told me he still wants to hang out from time and time. Then we spoke like i said but then he dissapears. Thats why im asking, how can he be sooo upset to and wanted me to be in his life but yet i havent heard from him in 2 months. Hes messing with my head soo bad and ive tried my best to move on (talking to friends, working more, dating new people and going out more) but I still think about him. idk why i cant move on :(

he is having problems getting over you and your having problems getting over him.. its seem when ever you or him try to get back into another realinship with someone else it doesn’t work out and you end up back with eachother.. through text or phone call but not in a realinship like your expecting it to be.. I do see their is a reason for this and their is something he is trying to get to by doing this .. please come chat with me ill be glad to look further into this for u ..

i just dont get it, when we were breaking up he seemed upset about it as well. He was always telling me to call him whenever i want to and begged me to stay in his life. The last few times i iniated contact and after that i havent heard from him. I guess he doesnt care anymore right?

Even if he doesn currently miss me, i think its only cuz he misses my presence, i dont feel like he geniunely misses me. And im starting to doubt that he would want to get back together, i just cant be friends with him. I really wonder if he thinks he maybe made a mistake or hes glad im not there anymore..

I am going to honestly tell you that you are hanging onto something here that isnt there. He isnt going to get back together with you and at best is looking for a bed buddy. Nothing makes me feel he is sincere or genuine about much he is saying to you.

We always have emotional ties when we break-up. It is an emotional level and an attachment. It doesn’t necessarily mean a relationship will stay together based on tears and emotions.
