Hi, I’ve been with my acting agency for 2 years and haven’t worked much yet. I know the guys are working for me, but nothing is happening, I’m not even auditioning. I’m thinking about changing agency, but I’m not sure if I should. Please help me.

You should always keep your options open. Even if you’re there, you should be searching alternative routes, so you have more options and getting noticed in various places.

Keep your options open. You too need to put in more effort than you have been. Make sure you have everything in your portfolio. You should also look for auditions near you. There isn’t enough effort coming for you. I feel like you are relying completely on the agency when you could be looking into things yourself as well. There will be change coming in the new year.
