here is just a suggestion, but you need to focus on where your life is going, not what is behind you. If you were playing hockey are you worried about where the puck is going, or are where it has been. Most of the time we focus somewhere else rather than focusing on the now, which causes us more pain and suffring by hanging on to something in the past. Keep the focus on the present, or where you want to shoot it which is the goal. I know you may be missing him, but there is another man ahead of you some point in time, and this is the moment right now where you prepare and practice for that relationship. You will feel lonely or alone in a relationship as well even if he’s there if you don’t learn to be occupy your time, and create other friends, activites, and job now. If you’re creating something, the time passes faster, and you’re not dwelling on the past. What do kind of relationship do you want to create, and what are you doing right now to create it? Do you want a relationship like the last one, or do you want a better one. And how do you get from there, to the relationship you’d really like in your life.
