I saw my daughter’s father a few times while we were out. Some people who know he and I said he says he is going to court for visitation right’s because he wants my daughter to spend nights with him. I don’t trust his environment and i don’t think it’s true because he hasn’t tried to be in her life for 5 years now. I need reassurance will he try to get joint custody or is he gonna carry on like he has been ?

I dont sense any change around him and dont feel he is going to try and take your child away. He seems to be doing the same old things as usual and I dont see him making the effort to do this at all.
