Does 12/01/1991 want a relationship with me? Things have been really distant between us for a while now and he makes no effort to show his feelings and appears to not want to talk to me. Is he possibly interested in someone else?

If he is acting as you say,then its time to do the same to him…ignore him and make him come to you. If he does,thats good,and if he doesnt,thats good too since you want have wasted any more of your time on someone who doesnt return your feelings.
