Hi. OK, so my long-term boyfriend and I split up just over a month ago over a few minor arguments. I have been away for a month but am due to go back to our city at the end of this month. I can’t get him out of my head and the tears come (not all the time) but in random waves. Is there any hope for us getting together, or should I move on? Please help me, I feel lost.

Letting go is always hard for us to do. It is also one of the greatest lessons we can ever learn. When we let go, we give our selves permission to be free of pain and suffering.
