i juss want to learn tarot cards. can i choose the universal tarot deck for learning? will it be good experience for me? i feel i hav power for learning. i also hav some bit empath ability how can i develop it more?

From what I’ve been told is find the one deck that calls out to you. Every one uses a different one and some times multiple decks. Just have to find the one that you like and feels comfortable to you spiritually.
