Hi everyone

Just wondering if anyone can provide any insight, my husband (D.O.B 18/10/79) has applied for a job, still within the company that he is currently working for but a different department. The job would be different hours and would hopefully have a positive effect on our family life. After the last couple of months I’m keen to know what people think (I’m not a patient person)
