How do I write a review? The opportunity to do pops up in a notification but it’s brief. Please advise. Thanks

Hello, and thanks for coming to the site and leaving a review. Reviews help people know who they can turn to, and they also help increase visibility for everyone on the site. I’m happy to help with your question.

1. You must spend a minimum of $10 on a session for your review to be eligible.

2. You have two weeks from the time of the paid reading to add or change a review.

3. After the paid session, the prompt you mentioned should appear on your screen so you can leave a rating and review for the advisor.

4. If that doesn’t work, go to the Office tab and select the History sub-tab. Find the conversation you want to rate or review, then click the link. From there, you can add your review or edit a previous one.
