Has anyone gotten a precise reading with a reader that can know when the person will unblock and talk?

No I was giving a timeframe though between feb-march for my poi to unblock me and to contact me. He did contact me today actually by normal message but hasn’t unblocked me yet from WhatsApp . I think it’s all down to devine timing
