Why does my ex treat me badly and bother me often out of no where ? we broke up long ago yet she continues to bother me and messes up my mind, also whenever i come across someone new she influences them and distances them from me, what’s her problem with me ? her name is Bittu(31-08-1981) and i am Krishna(29-03-1991)

Her problem is that she’s still in love with you, and therefore ..still angry.

Sharon, your comment is actually quite dismissive and inappropriate I must say.

We can't just "loose what we don't want or doesnt serve us anymore" But through clarity we can release the very energetic vibe that attracts negative people to us to begin with.

Nothing about this human experience of ours is meant to be ” chucked away” , as it would defeat the purpose of our very existence. Accept, learn , grow and if you choose to do so, release. The point is to reach the joy we’re meant to have.

And yes, His ex is a toxic soul, no doubt, but she’s moved by pain like all negativity is, and only through understanding where such pain comes from, he can be actually free in his mind and perform the strongest of all “spells” (energetic affirmations) which is uplift himself above and no longer be effected.

To wrap it up, RAHUL, do find the light in you to understand and release her pain…that’s how you break the cycle…and she will no longer bother you, and SHARON….this is not the place to project your own dwellings.
