Please give ability to block advisors on BW

Please give the ability to block advisors on BW to the customers. I left honest negative feedback on an advisor and she proceeded to harass and belittle me. I seen another person experience a similar fate with leaving negative honest feedback on another advisor. Thank you for considering this idea. |

They can only respond to the review you left them, and the ability to respond is very important to advisors. It’s not as if they can follow you around the site unless she is messaging you. If she is messaging you, reporting her will help. |

This is not true. They can spam you to death in messages. |

And that is exactly what I said. Report the people who are messaging you. |

Done. Thank you! |

That happened to me with a reader. I left an honest review and she was not happy. Even demanded that I go back and change it even though the outcome was wrong. |

Lavendar, That is a testament to her character or lack thereof. If an advisor is harassing you, report them. This gives us all a bad name. Ladybug |

Sorry for your experience. Advisors do go through a lot on the site as well, not that we wish to complain or sound ungrateful because I am so thankful that this platform exists so i may spread the love of the Most High and help people who are lost. —But each person has an individual struggle they endure and if someone is being unprofessional, its important that bitwine can understand so they can mediate for you. Try sending an email to support, they are usually very helpful with it. If someone is having enough reports they will get banned, and it will be unnecessary to block them because they wont be on here anymore blessings and hope you have a better experience moving forward and May God be with you. |

You can report them to the administration. I would screenshot the conversation. I’m sorry this happened to you. I’m an advisor and I can’t imagine being that upset over a review. What an advisor should be doing is offering you a free reading and if you don’t want it leave you alone. |

i do want to point out that advisors are independent contractors and not required or as far as i know not advised to offer a free reading in the event that a caller is unhappy with the service. it is up to the advisor themself if they’d like to do that. =) as already mentioned, if someone is harassing you, it would be in your best interest to contact support. this goes for both advisors as well as callers. happy friday everyone! =) |
