My builder is supposed to find money to help me finish a house i am trying to repair.

He has delayed the payments to the point the bank is giving me 60 days to pay up all of the mortgage late loans.

Ive went through a lot about this house for the past 2 years i am still working on a strategy with my friend to get out of this situation and finish the house.

Will the builder be able to find the money and send it to me?
