Back to Ask a Psychic!

I have a possibility to go a step up with n my job. A leader roll which I have kinda been doing since the old leader left anyways..but there are still aspects of the job I don’t know if I can do. I know I shouldn’t hold on to the past but when I tried in the past to advance people helped me fail not succeed .the people I’m around now ( I feel) will actually help me succeed so I know if I can’t do it it’s because I actually can’t do it not because someone is sabotaging me. But I still have this voice that’s middle of the road..no def yes or no..idk if anyone can see if it’s time now to advance or later or not at all here but somewhere else.
