Hi! Does anyone know why the option to send a message to a reader is no longer available?

No , unfortunately if and when a reader does not show, it either means they are terminated or they logged off completely to not be bothered. this is the advisors choice.

Thanks, but I meant to send them a direct message. There used to be a tab on all reader’s pages that said “send message”, so that option is gone now.
