Erika, the meditation with crystals is a wish-based meditation. Use the crystal to trigger chakra opening, especially around Anahata and Ajna, and then in that state, make the wish. The color of the crystal is important for specific chakras. I can teach you how to do it, or you can also find free youtube videos with various techniques (I cannnot post links here). Keep in mind a wish comes true only if it’s the best path for all the parties involved. Always mention this in your meditation word-triggers. But we always have to be like children with our wishes, always go for them as long as they burn our heart and mind :)
