I have a question.. Mercury will be turning retrograde in August 31. What do you suggest to do and don’t do? If we ate cleansing ourselves like sage smudging will it affect this when the retrograde comes?

Saging is never a bad thing. It clears and resets, so to speak, your aura aka energy field. So it can help you maintain your mood and keep your wits about your for the things mercury going retrograde effects.
