Hi, my nosey neighbors in the two downstairs apartments keep watching me and my family as we’re leaving our apartment. And it’s like they know me and my family’s times of coming and going? They’re slamming their apartment doors. They are so loud at times. What is this about? Why are they doing this? Will they stop? Should be concern?

Will they stop. the neighbors in apartment B are always getting court papers notices from the sheriff concerning how their always late with their rent. They spend less time working and more time watching me! I wish they would get their own life and get out of mines.

Plus They’re trying to turn the other neighbors against me.
