What do u guys see? Is it signs? Symbol? Or what plays through your head

Everyone has different abilities and work in different ways. Sometimes (which is the case for myself) there is a combination of modalities. Most commonly there is clairvoyance “clear seeing”, clairaudience “clear hearing”, clairsentience “clear feeling”, and claircognizance “clear knowing”. I am an empath so I often feel and just know what is going on with people. I have thoughts that are not my own. It took a long time, and a good mentor to show me that I was not crazy and not making things up. When doing a medium reading, or communicating with someone in spirit, it a little different. I have mental images and thoughts. They use my own frame of reference to get me to say something. I started developing symbols for myself to make things easier. Sometimes its like a movie playing in my head. It really depends on who I am reading, their openness, and how well I connect to the person. It can get complicated, but I hope this answers your question!

As Pixie says, we have been given several psychic “senses”. :) Personally, and on the most spontaneous level, I am a “seer”: when you ask me a question, I see an image containing a glimpse of the future as per your question: remote viewing into the past present future, depending on the question, or I see a partly literal, partly metaphorical image as the answer. In other words, I have visions. This is accompanied by the empathic layer, feeling the matter, how you will feel when that happens, how the other feels etc. But, especially with deeper levels of trance/meditation when focusing on an answer, I also “know”, “hear” the answer (the other modalities)
