It’s probably bitwine issue connection problem. Clients always get pissed about it but never calls back. Try calling again :)

this has happend to me they cant see me typing and then they hang up but i try to message my clients and tell them to come back

hello dear, it seems bitwine has been having few issues. have you tried messaging them or calling back? possible try for a refund. there is connection error all the time and its not on purpose. Hope you solve your issue!
