I dream of things sometime s they come true i have recurring feelings. Of being here before. These also can relate to my dreams. I seem to have a understanding of poeple that feels almost toxic at times draining i have no one else to ask. But i feel a little lost. What can this mean

Seeing future events in visions or dreams is basically the definition of clairvoyance. The understanding of people seems to be you being an empath. I understand the feeling of being drained. This means you need to put up energy “walls” to keep out the energy you don’t want out of your aura and to keep your own energy in. There are many different methods. Some people like to use tools like crytals and such, but you simply can do a visualize exercise daily. Call on your higher self, your guardian angel, your spirit guides, whatever or whomever it is you believe in. ASk them to assist in keeping your protected and grounded. Its as simple picturing yourself embraced in a divine white light (or gold, or whatever you feel is pure and protective). You can of course tweak it so that it is in line with any religious or spiritual paths you follow. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Search online for protection and clearing exercises.
