When a psychic say they see that someone will make contact, how do they see that? Do they see the person picking up the phone or what is it that tell them that contact will be made?

It’s either by claircognizance (knowing, intuition), clairvoyance (seeing images of the future, like you say) or it is in the cards or other tools :)
