Can you do a spiritual detox bath with regular salt? I normally do a tablespoon of vinegar and salt in hot bath water and soak.. One reader said I was off balance.. I can feel it mentally. Its like I feel hasty, but deep breathing through the negativity. Any suggestions?

It’s as simple as lighting a white or pink unscented candle, taking a bath in sea salt, praying, and meditating with rose quartz crystals (which you can find on ebay) trust me.. Don’t use table salt, but in a pinch Epsom salt will do. Treat yourself to some Himalayan salt. You can find almost anywhere now, but def online. Good luck!
