Why are my advisors logging off when I come online? There was one who was online until I tried to call her, and then she just logged off on me. I’ve called her often before, but I haven’t gotten a reading in 10 days. I just wanted an update. Why is this happening?

If we miss a chat, the system automatically logs us off.
