If I walk away from my job will I find another quickly? or should I stay?

Start looking for a job now; when you find one, accept the offer and put in your 2 weeks notice. Easy peasy…You’ll always find something else, but don’t put yourself in an unfavorable situation when you can avoid it and have options.

sad thing is I may not have a choice. after 3yrs of threats to shut our office down my boss may actually do it. if we stay the conditions are “you must be available 24 hrs 6 days aweek & every second weekend or I shut the office” this to me is bullying and unfair so I want to walk away. will I find another job fast if I do? I don’t get the time to attend interviews under our current conditions.
