Rejected when Initiating Contact with Readers

Hi. I’m new to this site. I’d like to know if it’s a thing for readers to reject clients they don’t know here? I’ve attempted a reading with one reader multiple times and each time I’m told she’s not available and suddenly her indicator says she’s not available. I then tried this again with another reader and this same thing happened twice. Are readers leery of new clients or something? I’m kind of confused as to why I can’t get a reading when I see that the readers are available and I initiate contact with them. Any ideas? Thanks!

There maybe a couple of reasons why this happens. The biggest is if two clients click on “chat with me” at the same time. Then we get two chat requests at once.

Your best bet is to message that advisor and see if there is an issue.
