I’m feeling so low and stressed out since my ex left me 4 months ago. I thought it’d get better by now but I keep thinking about him constantly and can’t let him go. I’m pretty sure he has moved on, but I’m constantly thinking what is he doing, where is he etc? Will I ever get over him & be happy?

I don’t think anything will happen with us in future as he has completely ignored me and removed me from his life. Its not fair to say that when it is probably not true as that can upset /stress someone out with anxiety & depression. I just want clarifying that I will be okay at the end of this and what I have to look for in the future.
